Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, the product/service return and refund request shall be subject to valid and reasonable reasons acceptable to us. Before proceeding further, please contact our customer service for clarification.

Service. If you cancel the service appointment, you will be charged for a non-refundable fee or service-related fees that have been used, please contact the relevant department for further clarification. If your return meets all the requirements, we will refund any extra payment paid by you within 7 business days after confirming the cancellation.

 

Product.  We do not accept returns or exchanges unless

  1. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
  2. If the products is near expiry or expired; or
  3. If the order was not fulfilled i.e. out of stock or
  4. If the product is different from the order delivered.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges :

  1. The return request must be made to us within 3 business days from the order received date.
  2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Products shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your within 7 business days.

 

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
